Monday Meals 5/2

I've found it's much easier to stay on budget when I have a PLAN for the week of what's for dinner. It makes things much less stressful when I come home- and if I have a plan I'm much less likely to take the easy way out and drive through for fast food on the way home.

Monday: Andy & I will both be working late- leftovers or something from the freezer

Tuesday: Semi-Homemade Pizza
  • Ready Pizza Dough from sale at HT a few weeks ago. ~ 1.50
  • Cheese B1G1 w/ coupon last week ~.80
  • Pepperoni leftover from last time we made pizza
Wednesday: Fiesta Chicken
  • Chicken Breast from sale 1.89/lb
  • Should have most other ingredients in freezer.....
  • Need to pick up tortillas!
Thursday: Leftover Chicken from Wednesday

Friday: Andy's Birthday Dinner! Something seafood.......

Saturday: Cookout at a friend's..

Sunday: Shrimp & Broccoli Pasta
  • Frozen shrimp from sale a few weeks back...
  • Broccoli $.30 from Super Doubles
  • Pasta free (or close to free) from about a month ago
  • Philly Cooking Cream Free from previous Super Doubles
