I've found it's much easier to stay on budget when I have a PLAN for the week of what's for dinner. It makes things much less stressful when I come home- and if I have a plan I'm much less likely to take the easy way out and drive through for fast food on the way home.
Here's my plan for the week. It'll be a short week of cooking- we're heading to South Carolina on Friday to visit with my grandparents!
Monday: "Semi-Homemade" Pizza
Wednesday: Tofu Stir Fry
Friday-Sunday- Out of town- very excited to spend some time with my family!

- Pillsbury Pizza Crust $1.60 at HT w/ coupon
- Cheese .89 from sale last week
- Bought pepperoni full price (eek!)
Wednesday: Tofu Stir Fry
- Tofu from HT Super Doubles
- Mixture of leftover veggies
- Mahatma rice on sale $2.00 at HT w/ $1.00/1 coupon (I'm getting a rice cooker this week!)
Friday-Sunday- Out of town- very excited to spend some time with my family!
