Harris Teeter Super Doubles Shopping List 4/27-5/3

Yay for Super Doubles!! This week at Harris Teeter, all coupons up to $1.98 double. I'm lucky to live close to a pretty coupon-friendly Harris Teeter. I've read some comments on other blogs that some Harris Teeters are really 'cracking down' on coupon policies. I wouldn't be suprised if it's because of all of the hype of the new show on TLC. That's for another post.... Anyways, It should be a good week! Here's what I plan to buy. It seems like my list gets longer as we find out more unadvertised deals, but this seems reasonable for now. Remember SS & RP stand for Smart Source and Red Plum. These are coupons that come from the Sunday newspaper.

Freebies:

Murchan Yakisoba .66
  • .50/1 SS 3/13
Philly Cooking Creme 2.99
  • 1.50/1 SS 3.06
Reach Floss 1.65
Deer Park Water 6 pk, .5 liter $1
  • $1/1 RP 3/27
Seventh Generation Paper Towels 1 ct.
Other good deals:

Rhodes Warm & Serve Rolls 2.39
  • $1/1 RP 3/20
Zest Bar Soap 2.79
  • $1/1 P&G Home Mailer
Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Lunchmeat 3.50
Select Bird's Eye Steamfresh 16 oz. $1
  • $1/3 RP 3/06 = .30 ea!
Skintimate Shave Gel 1.99

Don't forget to check out SouthernSavers HERE to see all of the deals. She has 3 lists of great deals. How big were your savings this week??

3/23-3/29: Super Doubles at Harris Teeter!

Can't believe it's time again- but next week Harris Teeter will be doing Super Doubles! They will double up to 20 coupons a day, with face value of up to $1.50- so a $1.50 coupon will be $3 off, but a $2 coupon will still be $2 off. Even though the ad isn't out yet, there are "couponing spies"  that seem to get the buzz earlier than the rest of us. Jenny at Southern Savers typically doesn't post unless she's gotten word from a reliable source. I think hers is the best and easiest one to follow if you're interested in seeing all the deals (I only post the deals I plan on getting). She'll post a couple of lists to go by:

#1 (already posted HERE) All regular priced deals that can be matched with a $1-$1.50 coupon.
#2 Coupon match-ups with the weekly ads
#3 Unadvertised deals w/ coupon match-ups

With food prices rising (the sharpest increase in 36 years!), now is a great time to start couponing. There are usually a ton of deals you can get during Super Doubles with printable coupons!
